Located south of Porches village, the Areias de Porches complex is in a peaceful area of the Central Algarve, a 40 minute drive west of Faro Airport.

The complex is a short walk from the beautiful, sandy, Senhora da Rocha beach. Well stocked supermarkets and a wide range of excellent restaurants are in walking distance.

Visit the clifftop Chapel of Our Lady of the Rock, built in medieval times so that local people could pray for the fishermen out at sea. The local town of Armacau de Pera is a short drive away and can be reached on foot via a clifftop walk.

This beautifully appointed, recently built 2 bedroomed apartment sleeps 6. Interior designers have finished this apartment to a very high standard. Two large tiled bathrooms contain a bath, shower, WC, handbasin and bidet.

A spacious kitchen has all the appliances you need, such as an oven, hob, washer dryer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker and juicer. A bright, spacious living area contains two sofas, one which can be converted to a bed. It contains a dining table, chairs and a large screen TV/dvd player with Sky freeview channels.

Patio doors link the living space to a tiled porch and grass area, with a sunny aspect and seaview. Patio table, chairs and a BBQ supplied.
The Areias de Porches complex boasts two swimming pools, a baby pool and a tennis court. Ample car parking is provided.

Golf, fishing, scuba diving, horse-riding and a water park are some of the activities available nearby. Take a trip from the beach around the magnificent sea caves in a local fishing boat. There are a number of restaurants and supermarkets/minimarkets in walking distance.

This apartment is fully serviced and maintained. Laundry is cleaned at least once a week or at descretion of guests. A person is available at all times to help you with queries or other needs that may arise.
